Cobone - the service - is pretty good and offers discounts on a variety of services. The app however is terrible and doesn't respect basic android permissions and sends push notifications even if you disable in the settings. When we purchase any offers it says there is an issue and confirms only after some hours. To get vouchers on WhatsApp (new feature) you first have to send an OTP which clearly states "do not share with anyone" 🤦‍♂️ In general their IT systems are very very bad.

Horrible customer service. Even though the reviews were bad, had installed the app with great expectations. Tried booking a coupon for the cruise but it took me directly to the payment gateway even before I could select a day or slot. Called the customer service to enquire about it, to which I was told that I would receive a call back in 20mins for the booking details. Called them again after waiting for more than 1 hour just to hear the same thing. Been 5+ hours now didn't receive any call yet!

Good app, but it requires more user friendly search options. Like filtering cities, categories, brands etc., For example when I search for car tinting, I got list of all places around the Saudi Arabia. In filter option there is only sort. No city selection or any other categories. This happened even though my city is selected as Riyadh as default. Hope it will be fixed to grab the last ⭐. Thanks...
