07/30/24 Constantly crashing. 08/31/24 just when you thought they couldn't make it worse, they update the app and now my relays for the front door station show up as com1 and com2 tiles and now we've lost the scrubbing bar in full screen. Not to mention buffering times are Way longer now and get stuck at 82%. Way to go devs! Can't wait for the next update

You literally need to be a network engineer to understand every single capability that the software has. For anyone considering about getting one of these systems, remember it has a steep learning curve. There's plenty of documentation but if you're looking for quick start guides look elsewhere. The software however seems to be kind of odd to use because you can't actually remotely access your stuff out of the box. Not for the faint of heart.

frustrated. I have been running this app on my phone for 4 years. Then all of a sudden I stop getting notifications. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling numerous times, yet no notifications. the advice is turn on push notifications in app, yes all done , yet you go into settings on the phone and hik-connect doesn't even appear as an option in the app notification list. I'd love to get notifications back but the app seems corrupt 😕
