App keeps freezing on all of my devices! This has been an issue since November 17th , I assume that's when the last app update occurred. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on all devices, with no resolution. I submitted a ticket with cricut support (with pictures/video) and they want me to call them even though it's an issue with this app! I have android devices if that helps to get this resolved. I have several projects I need to make and cannot since my app keeps "not responding"

Constant irritating upselling. After paying $300, I don't think it's too much to ask for an app that just works with my device without trying to upsell every feature and graphic. There should be a separate ad free version or something where if I say no ONCE it actually remembers and doesn't bother me again. Even HIDE the features that might potentially be paid. If you really wanted to constantly advertise for me the printer should have been FREE! ONE STAR!!!

It's like this app just goes out of its way to make it as unpleasant as possible. I find it extremely difficult to resize canvas and my images, and the free images are worth nothing. I'm not paying for a subscription for an app I hate just to get some images, especially since the images were free when I bought my machine. Crafting is supposed to be fun and relieve stress, but this app just stresses me out. I used to recommend my friends get a machine, but now I am actively advising them against
