*Faulty for $400? No thx, retured.* I wish I had read recent reviews before purchasing. I've been trying to install the initial updates to start using the meta app n I keep getting this error message that my phone can't connect to the temp wifi. Terrible 1st impression. I did everything suggested and it won't work. "Can't Complete Update Your phone can't connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network your glasses use for things that require a faster connection. Restart your glasses, then try again."

Hello there! We understand that you had some issues with your glasses. We suggest you to try a couple of troubleshooting steps: Force restart: Press and hold the capture button then slide the power switch on. Keep holding the capture button until the LED turns on. Please contact https://www.meta.com/help/support/ for further issues.

Was able to pair to the device but it won't complete the update. Facebook chat support was slow and long, frustrating, and couldn't solve the problem. They didn't know what they were doing. Referred me to Ray-Ban and they are not open till Monday. Worst experience with a new product. Surprisingly bad!

doesn't work for media with my phone unless I forget the view connection. this means I am constantly recreating connections. currently I have about half a dozen videos that have all managed to be corrupted when transferring over that may be lost forever. I am disappointed by this application.
