App still shows tours that are filtered out. Price displayed in the app is actually twice the amount when trying to book for a single traveler. No way to contact tour operator for questions. Get Your Guide staff reply to questions and keep asking for more information including how much you have to spend instead of answering a simple question. Only good thing is lots of tours offered.

It is a good app as it offers a variety to choose from especially for common destinations. It is also user friendly, you cab find locations with ease. However, the app does not have a section for suppliers. I tried to help out a client to get their refund but could not since it is for clients only even though they tell you it's for both suppliers and guests. Live chat is with a virtual assistant only. Refunds also take long even though Get Your Guide policies say it takes 5-10 business days.

Our river tour of Malaka was very frustrated by using the app. The app presented me with a voucher that held a bar-code. I thought that would be all that I needed. What I needed was a QR code. That required me to go into the email and download the ticket. Access to my email wasn't available at the location. It was very frustrating. Don't send me a bar code if it won't be honored.
