This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Cadillac Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myCadillac mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

Have a flat? Need fuel? Request Roadside Assistance in the app, or call an OnStar Advisor. Help is on the way.

This app has not been functioning properly for a long time. I keep trying to sign in , it sends me a security code, and then it says unable to connect. I've tried to update and couldn't, then I un-installed the app and reinstalled it, and the same thing happened again. I give up, I would like to control my settings from my phone. Disappointed 😞

Lots of bugs. Profile unlock feature almost never works. Remote actions fail more than succeed. The cycle of this app is: reinstall it, it will appear to barely, slowly work for a day or so, remote start is always unreliable, updating is always unreliable, and after some days the app will lock up requiring reinstall. Support ticket with GM makes you jump through hoops but no resolution in 5 days.

Sometimes the remote features work sometimes they don't. keep getting error that says to turn on vehicle to reconnect. Un-installed app a few times same thing. The shop never loads. Always get error. When app is open the trusted device notification pops up no less than 5 times dinging each time very annoying. Had zero issues with gmc and chevrolet app.
