This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Chevrolet Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myChevrolet mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Remote Commands**
Now with your key fob conveniently located on your home screen, it’s easy to stay in command. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status by glancing at your home screen — monitor estimated fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

I just recently subscribed to a 3 month essential plan, and tried logging into my Chevrolet app and have had nothing but problems trying to log in. Even the service tech couldn't even get it done. What's the use in even having this if you can't use it. I've had this in past with my Android phone and didn't have any issues with it, now it seems useless!

Absolutely the worst experience, recently transferred my services from my 2017 Chevrolet to my 2021 Chevrolet. It has been an absolute nightmare the app doesn't work, and I have called multiple times to be told "We will expedite this and someone will call in 3 to 5 day once it is fixed" this has been going on since August. The worst service ever!!!

I too have been having issues with not getting the app to initialize since early September. OnStar has told me they are aware of the issue. They said it is with certain phones only. My Motorola is on the list. Samsung is on the list. I was told there will be an update released between Oct.14 and 18 that will fix the issue. Today (10/28) the app works. Perhaps better last than never. It was not Onstars' fault. It was GM's issues with quality control/testing of the app update.
