The app is buggy on my tab since latest update. It keeps on loading nonstop and I have to reinstall everytime I launch the app. But on my phone, it works fine. I don't know what's the cause tho. The tab is android 14, while my phone is android 11. It worked fine on the tab before the update. Please fix this dev.

My routine customer contact me via Whatsapp in 07.42 AM where she already make a order via application. But, as Seller, I just received Incoming Order notification after 20 minutes in 08.02 AM.. My customer said in application said my shop was busy.. so strange.. because in that time my shop still no order. This problem can make trouble with my service to customer. I had already prepare the order but GRAB gave me notification 20-30 minutes after that. FIX THAT !!

Please do something on the feedback section. Customers can easily gave 1 star without any explanation that merchant unable to report it since no single words given on the feedback. How do we improve without know what was wrong. It could be not the merchant's fault, it could be the driver. It could be the customer is competitor that wants to bring us down. Your 'green' competitor is doing great on their rating section. The accumulated rating based on 30 days not from the very start.
