WOO is an app for kiteboarders, by kiteboarders! Record GPS sessions with your Android phone, and/or clip on a WOO, and play the games you love not on the couch, but in the great outdoors, being active. Available games include Kite - Big Air, where riders battle for highest jump, Kite - Freestyle, where landing freestyle tricks with a low kite ups your score, and Kite - Freeride (100% free!), where riders can post GPS session.
Every game puts your riding on the global stage. Post a session to share, compare, and compete with riders worldwide. Everyone from local first-timers to international pros are posting their sessions, progressing their riding and sharing the stoke. Join the WOO community and see how you stack up on the leaderboards!
The WOO Sports App is available for Android. You can record and post a Freeride GPS session with your Android Phone, with no WOO sensor or PRO subscription needed - it is 100% free! To post a Big Air, Big Air Analytics or Freestyle session, a WOO sensor needs to be recording during your session. The WOO 1.0 sensor supports the Kite - Big Air game only, the WOO 2.0 sensor supports all games except Freeride, the WOO 3.0 and 4.0 sensor supports all games except Freeride and includes an integration with your Android Watch to show live jumps.

WOO PRO is a Membership that expands what’s possible with WOO. With the 3.0 or 4.0 and your Android Phone at the foundation, WOO PRO takes the platform in new directions, to help you improve your technique, feel safer on the water, and feel more connected to the community, all while keeping games as the driving force for what makes WOO so dang addicting. With Analytics, Live, Safety, Crew and Games, WOO PRO is a great addition to your WOO experience.
The WOO PRO Membership is available with a monthly or annual subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off before the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewals will cost the same price you were originally charged for the subscription. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to the Play Store. Just got my woo a week ago and used it for three kiting sessions. Everything about it is perfect. It's definitely worth checking out the Pro (paid) version of the app for more insights to learn more and really use it as a coach. Not giving it 5 stars because it's definitely lacking a web version to be able to see everything on a big screen like Garmin Connect for example. Keep up the great work.

I downloaded the Woo Sports app for Android, and I am greeted with the login screen. Since I don't have an account I pressed to create a new one. Once I filled out my email address, name, password fields it does not proceed further. It says 'Connection Reset' and nothing happens. Unfortunately, I cannot even create an account to start using the app. It seems this app is not well suited for Android users.

Does the basics reasonably well. Logs you out when there's no reception so that's a major pain in remote locations. Did ask me for the activation thing after I'd been using it for a couple of weeks. Disappointed they didn't put a GPS chip in the woo3 so you have to take your phone and as it needs reception it can't be an old cheapie phone like I use for surfr. If I'd know the limitations with the woo and having to take a phone and pay extra for pro features I'd have stayed with the surfr app.
