The rewards earned are really disappointing. Jimmy Johns would do better by looking at point based rewards systems like McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendys, Carls Jr, and even Panda Express have which award points based on how much is spent in each transaction and can be used toward items selected by the customer from a list of reward items, not arbitrarily assigning a reward that the customer may or may not even want. I certainly didn't want chips. I'm not big on chips.

At times the app has worked great & makes ordering / reordering easy. At times the app is glitchy & prevents ordering. The borders of the app sometimes extend too far so the options to confirm selections overlap with the navigation buttons of Android. This prevents me from confirming any selections for an order. The same happens at the top of the screen, putting the "Cart" button mixed with the status bar & unselectable. Hopefully an easy fix, or will keep steering me to Door dash 🤷🏻♂️

Something broke after the latest android update, any interaction that tries to pull data from the server causes an "unknown error" dialog. Occurs when I attempt to sign in, as well as trying to find/choose a location upon form submission (both manual zip entry and gps location button trigger this error). Usually the app is great.
