Device is great. Software is trash. Owned for less than 24 hours and did 3 successful prints using my app via mobile and download. Now all of a sudden it refuses to download any files and defeats the entire purpose of why I chose this specific machine. Contacted Anker and did all troubleshooting and no resolution. Only works through pc app. Supposedly a tech would get back to me but have heard nothing. I'll be returning this device. Shame.

This app is ok, but it needs to give you more information about your print when it's finished, that way one could look back on it and possibly find a mistake they made. . Also it a little bit buggy sometimes but nothing major. Love being able to control the printer by phone.

I'm using this with the M5. Its lacking in comparison to the windows desktop studio. First, the video sometimes work initially but if the phone goes to sleep or you navigate off the app, the video play/pause button disappears. Then comes printing from a phone is also a bit lacking as there isn't much customization that can be done to the print quality or editing how the file will be processed. Overall, I don't use the app anymore except to monitor the time remaining and the notifications.
