For the most part it's been okay. It's def slow & lags frequently. I'm kinda bummed right now because the Masked Maximizer game crashed on me. My points were just over 78,xxx,xxx 😭 It restarted me at 0. I know it's just a game, but it's a bummer for sure. Otherwise, it's been a great resource for me. As far as the comments about prizes not being worth anything 🤯 Say what?! There's phones, luxury brand home/baby items, visa/food gift cards & so much more!

Its embarrassing when a Samsung app training you on Samsung phones works BETTER on an iPhone. I mean, someone needs to get fired! WHY HAVE AN APP WHERE ALL TRAININGS ARE WEB BASED THROUGH THE BROWSER??? It's incredibly SLOW and frustrating having to repeat multiple 10+ minute sessions because the browser won't register simple TOUCH input or the site just times out. Nobody has time for this 🗑 of an app. It's simply NOT worth it. PLEASE FIX IT!!!

it's an amazing resource for learning and I love the Samsung rewards program I just started few months ago so I am really bummed my points expire in 4 days because I don't even have enough to get any of the rewards yet. I'm going to lose almost 5,000 points so that really sucks. on top of that the app is extremely buggy and laggy! I am using a s24 ultra so it's definitely not my phone. If the app ran smoother and your rewards points expired a year from your start date then it would get 5 stars!
