I can finally sell my handcrafted artwork without feeling charged every month even if no sales are made, and it's relatively simple to navigate though I did save some challenges, eventually it all worked out and I have already begun selling my products! it's exciting and what I've been searching for for many years! love it, recommend it

I just started my own business making customized press on nails. I was getting a lot of sales on Facebook Marketplace and Etsy, but it's been over 2 months and I still have yet to receive an order. I keep getting told I need to make videos to use as ads, etc. Without the right equipment I can't. Plus, I'm not big on being on camera at all. The app is a bit difficult to learn too. Might just stick with Etsy honestly

Not very user friendly til after you watch hours of yt. After that it's still tons of issues. The whole shop and app is broken. Sold 100+ items in a month. USPS forgot to scan, then lost a package for a week. Tiktok gave me a score of 100% LDR... 100+ products sold and 3 (batched for 1 buyer) gave me a score of 100%? I think not. Tiktok will do absolutely nothing to fix their mistakes either. Expect 0% -10% response that is helpful. They'll send you info instead of solutions.
