I really like this app! I do like hand writing but I end up writing notes, etc in the journal. I appreciate the different suggestions so I can find something positive. A lot of times I used it as a diary & write how I'm feeling. I end up feeling better & get a little perspective. To get the music to stop, I put it on pause for 5 hours. I can't figure out how to save it or where to find my entries but that's probably me. All and all, it's been Perfect for me!

I have been trying to start some sort of Gratitude/Positive Affirmations Journal for ages. Writing this kind of really personal stuff in a diary or on bits of paper or Post-it notes, just didn't work. I kept misplacing the bits of paper. The whole concept of journalling such personal stuff on bits of paper or even in a notebook didn't seem all that serious. It was like writing a shopping list! Dots Journal makes this whole idea real & workable. Auto reminders are a big help to stay on track!

Intuitive UI, very few distractions for writing, no way to (temporarily) disable reminders. It's a very well designed app, just wish there was slightly more customizability. This app m akes it easier to be grateful, and to look back on things to be thankful for!
