I found the old app was easier to navigate, more user friendly, also simpler but just about what was necessary for me as an end user. It was also more visually appealing. Another thing was that it was more difficult to find my cards, transfers are also a bit more complicated, also I can't seem to find the easy way of locking my cards??? It's just unnecessarily more difficult than the last one. Please bring back the old app. I can't find anything better with this new one.

Hi Linna, Global search icon has been added on top of the homepage precisely to make navigation easy. Also, “Quick Actions” tab is introduced so that you can select your most used transactions. FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys. Please call us at 600521212 for any other immediate support.

The old version was good, and the new version was complicated. Always crashing even typed correct password always giving me an error so I need to change again. Sending money locally and internationally has a lot of hastle. Before when sending money locally with different banks, it always arrives immediately to the receiver, and now it takes too long. Another thing is no OTP. I'm not sure if it's safer than the old version.

Thanks for the support. I appreciate what you did today. Some portals in the apps need to be updated to have a user-friendly interface, like the one directly in WhatsApp. The code is creating complications; it wasn't like this before. I've been using Liv for almost four years now.
