The exercises are very helpful, but you only get 7 uses before your progress is halted by the premium upgrade pay wall. The computer generated voice is a bit annoying and often only partially audible, so you are left guessing the exercise discription. I understand they want to make money, but if we are putting up with ads, why can't we get the full 14 day basic package?

One of the best exclusive neck strengthening and stretching excercise apps that I have used. Beleive me I have tried a lot of apps. This is as simple as it gets. It's user interface is very nice. The workouts are very effective and useful. Try it once and you can find gains and reduced stress in your neck.
