I've used this app here and there for years now, and it's delivered consistent quality. I especially appreciate that you can induce it to increase/decrease difficulty in future workouts based on the one you just had. This way you don't need to switch to an entirely different plan if the difficulty isn't well calibrated to where you're currently at.

Quick, easy and convenient. I havent used this app for a while but when I was in better shape it was the best mini core workout that I could do anywhere. Now I am finally back to focusing on my health after having children and what was once a finisher is now far more challenging. The app is free and will give you a nice little core workout with a breakdown of each workout. I cannot say anything bad about. I recommend it to friends all the time that want to get in better shape before summer!

There was a time when I would deal with lower back pain every other week. Then during COVID I read that the majority of lower back pain is due to a weak core. Since the world was shut down I downloaded this app and made myself hit every workout at the easiest level. After 30 days I not only felt great but my lower back pain was a memory. The beauty of the app is the workouts are so approachable and quick. 4 years later this is a mainstay app on my phone and I use it all the time.
