I would definitely give the app a 5 star rating, but the app is kind of picking when it comes to buying the exercise programs individually. I had to maneuver around a bit to figure out how to start my program without a subscription. The customer service team is awesome in helping with it though. Also, if there is a timed exercise, I wish there was an option to play the next set automatically, with a pause option available of course. This would help the flow and form for the next exercise.

Great app. It's an upgrade from the last app, so of course there's a few growing pains. The creator(s) have been very receptive to feedback and work towards making it an app everyone can navigate with ease; can't ask for more than that! The meal options are a great added bonus you don't get with most workout apps. Another bonus is being able to create your own work if you don't follow one of the many pre-done workout plans available.

I joined the new app to see the exciting new Athli changes compared to the old app. However I did not have an active subscription. I cancelled when the old app was active. Both the app and the website said I have no subscription, but I suddenly got charged in 2023 for my cancelled subscription, and customer service is saying the cancellation wasn't done properly and they have a no refund policy. It's the old systems fault that no emails or proof gets sent out and now that data is lost.
