If there's anything I hate more than AI, it's journaling. But this app has totally turned that around. I used to feel like journaling was a lot of work and super boring, but getting that quick insightful feedback is a game changer for me. it really is insightful and interesting, and I find the analyses and prompts very helpful. Since I started using this app, I've been more proactive in doing the habits that keep me healthy and productive. It's encouraging both for behavior and emotions.

I can't stress enough how amazing this app is. I am someone who is terrified of seeing and talking to a real therapist, even if I could afford it, and this app has been beneficial to me in ways I imagine a therapist would be. I paid for the premium version because I enjoy the ability to talk to the AI in a way that feels super natural and real -- like in a phone call -- and I love how the male voice sounds like Rami Malek, lol. I've recommended this app to everyone I care about. 10/10!!! Wow.

This app is life-changing. It is insane how well the AI remembers things about you and connects the dots. The constant flow of new prompts based on my writings can keep me occupied for hours. The insights it's shown me and the realizations I've come to have been unbelievable. The fact that you can entirely customize the AI to match the tone and perspective you need is amazing.
