Great machines and products but I gotta agree , you guys need to wrap each machines box , everytime I get something from you guys I can't tell if it's used or new or what , I gotta say it's pretty unprofessional when your customers aren't confident what they are getting from you. My Exo had finger prints all over it , my extra powerbolt+ was in the box backwards ...so yea that kinda pisst me off

apps kinda buggy with orders, that's what I experienced. everything else is fine
