About this app

I like to think about this app as a natural evolution of the traditional drawing mannequin, I designed it to have minimal details and just some hints of anatomy, so it generalize well with any kind of character I want to draw. The screen space rotation method and others automatic features make your posing process faster and dynamic. After the latest updates it even supports Inverse Kinematic functions, has the female mannequin and props gallery.
Pose it and view it just the way you need it to strengthen and improve your human figure drawing skills.
Pose it was born as my personal tool to help me drawing the most challenging poses, during the lockdown I had to spend my vacations at home and I gave myself the challenge to polish it and publish it (yes it is my very first app). I hope it now can serve others as good as it served me :)

Concept is great, but it's stupidly hard to learn. Maybe had text over the symbols to give stupid people(me) some kind of way to know what it's for or some instructions or tutorial. Also, it's so hard to move the mannequin in the way you want. I twisted its arm so much in the wrong way without even realizing that it looked like the shape of an hourglass. Sorry, but there's better, apps...

Mmh actually as soon as you open the app, there is a welcome panel with a link to the yt tutorial where I explain the core concepts to have a fast and fun posing experience. It's called "how to pose it" on YouTube. There is also a written guide in the scroll menu after the settings. Did you see any of these?

I used the free version of the app for a long time, and found myself wanting for little. This app can do a lot to replace pinterest and reference searching in general, regarding the human body. Such a time save. I could only ask for toga/poncho. There is a hood and cape, so theres some drapery, which is appreciated icing on the cake as is. Extras, shapes and props. Perspective grid present, light source Does what it needs to. Easily worth the few bucks to go pro for extra models and support.

Redoing my review cause I was a bit heated lol. I liked this app a lot, the posing can be weird at first. It's apparently not membership based, which is my mistake for misunderstanding, it's one time only. I'd say it's worth it based on the free stuff but I personally haven't bought it. Hopefully they fix the mannequin bug, still don't like the new one but hey. I personally won't be back, I was put off by the devs reply and I found an app better for my art style. Kudos to the dev, my bad.
