I feel like this app is a scam. The rewards are never in stock, and the ones that are, say unavailable when trying to redeem. I have paid for the premium subscription, but both the app and desktop versions are showing the free version. I contacted support about this and was told that the issue would be resolved and I would receive 250 buffs as compensation. Nether has happened, and support is now ignoring my emails. It has been almost a full month of not having access to features I've paid for.

Bought Premium Elite for a year. Bottom line: XP doesn't track well, and the app often falls asleep (yes, I did all the troubleshooting options). Several challenges don't track either. After exhausting all options, I submitted a ticket for the issues. After a week, someone got back to me and only said, "Are you still having issues?". I replied back saying yes and now it's been over 2 weeks no response. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Even when you pay it doesn't work.

I definitely should've read more reviews about this app before downloading it. I ran into the same problem as many others, it won't let me sign in. I signed up, and it said I was just a few steps away from rewards (or something to that effect) and sent me back to the sign in screen. I tried signing in, but it said something went wrong. This happened every time I refreshed, reopened and re- signed up for this app. Always read more than two reviews before installing an app. 😣🤦🏽♀️
