Overall, the app was fairly useful. But I have two major problems with it. When booking a lightning lane while I had multipass, it showed a "next available time" - however, I had no option to book it out further ahead of time, despite the implication that there were multiple times I could book it at. And when trying to order food, the View Menu screen didn't have an option to filter by what's currently available. The only way to find that out was to start a new order. Functional, but not great.

I took away 2 stars because it continues to freeze, requiring multiple sign out, sign in, uninstall, and reinstall. Can't do anything without this app at the park, making it very frustrating. I love that I can request DAS return time and do Mobil order, but if the app is frozen, I can do nothing. I NEVER USE WIFI I ALWAYS USE MY DATA

During the busiest times of the year in the theme parks, Wi-Fi bandwidth may be reduced. If you haven't already done so, you may want to enable cellular data for the app for when your Wi-Fi connection is slow (message and data rates may apply). Toggling airplane mode on and off or restarting your device can also solve basic connectivity issues.

Anytime I attempted to reserve a Lightning Lane, use the Virtual Queue, or Mobile Order food from the app, it would only take half my order or only make reservations for part of my group. Disney staff were less than helpful when it came to attempting to rectify the issues I had with the app in person. For example, when I ordered food and drinks from Docking Bay 7, I only received part of the order and was told I would have to resubmit my order for the missing items. FIX THIS APP OR LOSE IT
