I think this app is great and covers a lot more than just being a fasting timer. It covers about all aspects of health. I love that it has workouts, meal plans, and recipes. I would like to see more integration with other health apps like the Google health, Samsung health, and Android Sleep apps. They are more integrated and do a better job of monitoring tracking my daily activity.

The app is OK, in that does not allow you to make any changes or corrections to data when it is wrong which I find frustrating. Can't add own fluid amounts just have to pick what's available. Cannot choose vegan diet. Would like to see activity tracker added, also be nice to have the fasting times you've chosen start and end automatically does allow you to update the times. The recipes are great but can't select vegan diet! Love the shopping list, meal prep features & the diary app.

It's a decent app for all the features, but considering that the complete app costs more than £10, it would be nice if there weren't bugs that make it impossible to accurately track your fasting. For example, at 14:00, I set my fasting time to have stopped at 13:15. The apps then shows the stopping time as "16:45", but restarts the counter at 14:00. This is a frustrating problem I encounter all the time with this app.
