Recent use (11/23/2025): nothing has gotten any better. Still nearly useless. From 2019- Absolutely worthless app. even once you are logged in you have to enter your name and flight information to get to possibly see your flight. Change screens and all that information disappears forcing you to enter it again. took me 15 minutes to find the boarding pass, only to not be able to find it 5 minutes later trying the same links. Terrible

I previously had no issues using this app. Currently it's unusable for booking a future flight with multiple passengers on a reservation. The app auto populates the first two passengers with my profile information, and when I try to edit to enter the correct info, it closes. I have logged out and in, restarted my phone, cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.

Worst airline app possible. I'll only fly Frontier as a last option because it's so bad. The app won't let you click on documents that it says you need to Fly International. The app has persistent issues while adding luggage/seats, and every time you have to redo it, the checked bag goes up in price. You can only use their trash app because there's no full online version that you can go and resolve issues. If their app is this bad, then how much can you trust their planes?
