This app is an awful experience. I didnโt find anything useful in their free digital plan. So I tried to delete my account. It says I can't delete until my subscription ends, which was arbitrarily set by them to 30 days. I don't want to be cynical but it seems like an obvious ploy to prevent mass exodus when people quickly realize there's nothing to see here. They're counting on people forgetting to return a month later to cancel in order to artificially inflate their membership numbers. Lame.

The worst App: I cannot check-in at my classes, and customer support is slow to respond to the issue. When I sign up for classes on the app, I get a "class not booked error" even with multiple spots available. When I close out of the error page, It shows I am booked for the class. I successfully cancelled a class within the cancellation window; however, the next day, I received a phone notification right after the class ended to check-in. The issues are not limited to the above stated.

Took several days to download, kept saying "Beta testing full". I Sent a screenshot. Slow customer service days later asked for a screenshot already sent and to make sure I had the newest app. You mean the one rhet won't download? Also it appears you have to download each app separately and set up logins, etc. Not enough information to know if you want some obscure options. Only three "gyms" in my area.
