Using for the first time today and it's been working very well with the Soundcore Boom 2. As a mobile developer, I'm impressed. Is it native? I was pleasantly surprised to see the device appear on my phone when first turning it in to connect to it. I think the treble boost with BassUp EQ sounds the best to me. The light modes are fun to try.

The earbuds don't connect automatically—I always have to open the app and manually click "Connect." The widget is also useless unless the app is connected to the earbuds. Additionally, the ANC preference doesn't save; it always resets to "Normal," and I have to switch it back to ANC every time. These issues make the overall experience frustrating. Customer support couldn’t help and just wasted my time with generic advice like reinstalling the app.

App worked fine on three my phones till yesterday, September 3rd. Now on one of my phone the application cannot recognize Liberty 3 Pro, P20i and Life A2 NC even if all of them are connected to the phone. Now I can use only flat sound of all my souncore headsets through an Android Bluetooth connection, but NOT through the Soundcore application. Troubleshooting with Tech support of Anker Souncore didn't fix it. Please send me a previous version of the app or make the app working again. Thanks.
