This was my very first experience and it was horrible. My transaction went through so that my bank account could be charged. However the merchant never received the order I paid for. Now my account balance does not have what it had in it before so that I can go and make the purchase on my own. There's no direct customer service to assist you. And no one works on weekends. So I'm stuck on A Saturday with money gone out of my account.I don't have the item that I wanted to purchase and no he

Needs to be easier to connect with them & get refunds. It's extremely difficult to get anything approved. They'll continue to charge you even when you submit ample amount of evidence that the item has been returned. They need an actual agent to speak to in chat or on the phone. Through email is not cutting it. Their chat system is ridiculous, they'll never respond.

I used it for a couple months no issues, BUT, now I can't even use it, I haven't been able to in months and they still charge the $9.99 fee every month. I've tried to get a refund on the $9.99 , but the chat bot says it will transfer me to a "human", but never does. I just want my $9.99+ since it keeps charging me. My husband has an account too and the same is happening on his account too.
