I was about to go with another insurance company for low cost auto insurance but I went with General Flo. You can set up auto payments on the app or easily make one-time payments. Smooth user interface with fast response times, and it works on my potato phone. The main menu consists of nice blue buttons, instead of the usual wall of text. Your documentation is readily available with a few button presses from that main menu.

The app is ok, but if you do pretty much anything it redirects to the website, so it's mostly pointless. I would avoid the "Snapshot" garbage. It creates fictional events, and also they have no idea how merging on and off the highway safely works. Using Snapshot forces you to drive dangerously slow if you have a short on-ramp it's a complete scam designed to increase rates on safe drivers.

The snapshot tool is absolutely 💯 inaccurate and useless. NO matter where I have my phone.. CONSISTENTLY, my events for each drive are phone usage.. My car is a new model that has everything on the dash. My husband, who goes 5 under the speed limit, gets events like hard breaking and fast acceleration..We've only had progressive for a few months. I'll see if this is worth the stress.. I'm thinking not
