HomePass Membership Automatic Renewal Terms
IF YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR A MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE HOMEPASS MOBILE APP, PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT ORDER CONFIRMATION. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE EVERY MONTH (YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD) WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
The Membership fee is U.S. $7.99/month. For first-time customers only, the first month of your HomePass Membership (Promotional Period) is provided at no charge. At the end of the Promotional Period, your Membership automatically converts to a monthly paid Membership unless you cancel your Membership through your account. Other restrictions may apply.

I just came over from the xfinity app, and the Homepass interface is not nearly as good. It would be great if I could assign a certain amount of time per user as well as a bedtime. Also, it would be nice to be able to add custom time, say 15, 30, 45 ,60 minute increments. If my kid needs another 15 minutes to finish a movie, all I can do is unpause till midnight...thats not a great function.

Love how I can control almost everything on my Wifi. I really like the profiles feature. Edit: after more usage, I find that adding a member to the WiFi (a profile with an email of someone in my household) to it, it doesn't let that person rename devices and assign them to the other profiles. I've given the other profiles complete access, but they still can't change some of these settings.

zero stars not an option. Sept 26 2024 Forced to update app. Now my username and password don't work and I have to set up new account. This means a modem reset. This means that I will have to go to each of my smart devices and re connect to modem. Oh, I so love (unnecessary updates) the fact that this will now give me something to do today because this is the easiest thing in the world to do, NOT!!! I hate this app. Oct 2024 So frustrating to not just have 2.4 GHz appear as an option.
