First, let's make something clear so that I won't get an answer saying, "Sorry, but our system doesn't show a driver account with this email." Of course, it doesn't because I'm using a different Google account. Now, if you're a driver and considering using this app, SAVE YOURSELF your time and many headaches. I didn't get paid for my first trip since they told me there was an issue with my account. They still couldn't figure out the issue even after two days. Unacceptable and unprofessional!

Please reach our hotline at 917-773-8088 if you need to speak to a representative. We checked our records and all of our drivers has been paid on time and our support team have reached out to make effort if there are issues.

I think the developers are dead. I submitted all my documents a week ago and they still haven't checked it. It's not like there are thousands of drivers that they have to help. I just want them to check my info already so that I can delete my account. (Edited) I'm still waiting, they still haven't checked my documents. By the way, TS F is not the name I have on my Qudos account, it's just a name for my Google account, Jesus.
