This app sucks it shows you nothing about the "reward points" just that they expire. Also the wishlist is insane if the item is gone and has been almost a year it's still in there until you delete it and deleting takes like 2 minutes for each item. Same for the notification you have to view and delete. Also I ordered some pants one time and I sweaaar the seams just started coming off I had to go home from work just to change one day.

App constantly kicks you off and freezes all of the time. Really slow, annoying and inconvenient. Also, unlike places like fashion Nova, when you sell out of something, you never replenish it. I'm sure there are many women who would love it if you got stuff back in stock, instead of just running out of items, and that's just it. Real bummer. There is so many things I would have bought if it came back in stock. Guess I need to find the items elsewhere, or items that are as close as possible.

I was able to make 2 purchases for pickup In store on this app and NONE of the orders were even in they're system. Never got a confirmation email either. If I hadn't taken screenshots of the orders I wouldn't even have the order numbers. They charged my credit card both times but charges are still pending. Not sure how this is even possible. It's clear the orders placed on the app are not coming through to the stores. Now I have to contact my bank to ge this taken care of.
