Absolutely terrible. My watches don't sync up. One of my watches has been attempting to pair with my phone for two days now. I did every step: reboot, reset, clear the caches, and updated. Still nothing. The old app was better. My Bluetooth works perfectly with my headphone speakers, etc., so it's not the Bluetooth. If this is how the app is going to work, then don't buy a Galaxy watch; you won't be able to use your watch due to this app not working.

App needs addressed (unusable) or maybe it's just my phone. App completly forgot it was set up. Tried opening it and made agree to all terms and re-pair my watch that's already set up. Everytime I try to transfer or connect it, it fails. Not even. Will only connect for calls but not texts. Please look into and thank you. Update: un-installed, reset watch to factory and started from scratch But hey it connects.

Something has changed. I loved my watch and the app. First the health changes irritated me but women's health is political so I let it go. Now it constantly shows the music icon for no reason and disconnects from my phone frequently. I use my watch to calendar remind me of things at work so everytime it vibrates for disconnect, I think it is work. Extra annoying. I have un/reinstalled and tried all the other work arounds. Samsung needs to update or I will have to switch watch companies
