Took a little finagling but I did get it to connect, the connection is working very well. I really hate the nag screen every time I use this to turn on my blanket, it tells me the heat setting will be lowered below 5 if I don't press the check mark button on the bed controller within an hour. Is it so hard to have a checkbox that says, "Don't show this message again." Also, I had a routine set up that I turned off for the summer, I went to go turn it back on and it's gone...why?

The blanket is "S1" and the pad is "S2" and it took the better part of 2 hours to figure out I needed another app for it to connect to wifi AND I had to create a new login since it doesn't recognize the S1 account. So unnecessary and not noted anywhere in the instructions that there's 2 apps 🙄 Edit: I was able to get the new app to connect to the S1 blanket, but I am still wary of rating any higher than 3 because of the initial trouble and not knowing there was an entirely new app.

The mattress pad is great, but the app is buggy and unreliable at best. I have had issues with being unable to use the scheduling feature (that's a big problem when you can't delete a schedule that isn't right for you), and I frequently have to uninstall the app and redownload it to get it to connect to the device. It's a great idea, but tons of room for improvement.
