I can't access my in-app full check-in and boarding pass without adding credit card information? Obviously I'm not going to "Stop flying United" because of this, but really, it's an exceedingly poor business practice to require saved payment info for me to access the flight info I've already paid for. Make the path to the check-in and boarding pass - without a saved credit card option - clearer. It's good business.

Comprehensive app for navigating through the excitement of air travel. Shopping for booking & changing flights. Just uninstalled app from my android phone because a day after my flight it is STILL sending me notifications that my original flight was cancelled. Even after I was rebooked two times on later flights the app was still dwelling on and focused on one cancelled flight. This bug needs United attention.

Have always liked the app. Last year or so... crashes ALOT!! Stops. Takes back to home screen. Tap app. Closes. Today... I checked in. Moved my seat. Went to connecting flight. Can't move it without paying. Never had that before. I moved it on first leg. No fee. I am not trying to do the return flights. That couple days away. Just doing the connecting flight. Getting very aggravated and disappointed with this app. And yes I am gold/silver, so I don't have to pay when in the 24 hr.
