*** The Recipe Book application calculates your turnover
The application allows you to view annual, quarterly, monthly turnover or turnover for a personalized period. It also calculates the forecast turnover for the current year, the total amount of your expenses as well as the amount of your gross and net profit.
***Amount of revenue and expenditure per period
You can view the amount of your income and expenses per year, per quarter, per month or even per day. It is also possible to export this data in PDF and CSV formats.
***Turnover by category
You no longer need to calculate the amount of your turnover by category to prepare the monthly or quarterly declaration with URSSAF, the application does it automatically for you. It also estimates the amount of contributions you will have to pay.
***Statistics per customer
The application automatically calculates the amount of turnover for each of your customers for the chosen period. You can also view the list of recipes by customer.
*** All your receipts collected
All your collected receipts are saved in the application and synchronized across all the devices on which you use it. You can also search in the list of your recipes.
*** Recipe details
You can view the details of each receipt collected: the date of collection, the customer, the amounts excluding VAT and including VAT, the VAT amount, the payment method, the URSSAF category and the nature of the sale.
*** Purchase and expense management
The application also allows you to manage your expenses and purchases in the same way as your collected income. You can also search through the list of your expenses.
*** Export data to PDF and CSV
You can export all your income and expenses in PDF and CSV formats. It is also possible to make a personalized export, for example only for a customer and a period.
What is a recipe book?
Each micro-entrepreneur (self-entrepreneur) must keep a book of collected revenues up to date, ordered chronologically, containing:
- Amount and origin of revenue (identity of customer or company)
- Payment method (bank transfer, cash, check etc.)
- References of supporting documents (numbering of invoices, notes)
