Gong Cha (DC, MD, VA)

Was great and now useless since the July 2024 update. My phone is a 3 y/o Android, meets all software requirements, yet still gives me a blank white screen every time I open the app. Restarting does not help. Need to log in on a browser every time I want to order.

I think my review got deleted but this app only works for VA, MD and DC, despite other locations advertising it. If you aren't in those minimal locations, you can't use the coupons, order ahead, view menus or get delivery. It sucks and excludes dozens of locations, so I don't know what the issue is, but the app is pretty much worthless if you don't happen to live in those states. The stores in other areas won't honor coupons from the app, and don't receive app updates.

Overall, great app for online ordering. My only issue is that the function to purchase with a gift card or earn points/free drinks when using a gift card in-store does not exist. Definitely deters customers from using/purchasing gift cards, seems like a no-brainer to fix this.
