RAVE REVIEWS:
“This was an amazing way to walk the Freedom Trail! The tracking through the GPS was spot on, and it was great having all the information provided at all the points!”

“I did not know a lot about the American Revolutionary War, and without overwhelming me, it brought the events of the time to life.”

“The Freedom Trail tour was great. My wife and I shared a pair of wireless earbuds, which I recommend. The tour is broken into many small sections that automatically played as we walked to the next point on the trail, all based on GPS location. It all worked perfectly, was extremely easy to use, and very informative. Very cheap for a guided tour. Highly recommend.”

I really enjoyed this self-tour. It's automated, but you can also control it. You can pause, stop or replay the differnet audio spots. We listened to the audio for some of the stops we skipped via Uber. Each audio clip is thorough yet short. It keeps you moving at a good pace. The narrator was really good and mixed in a little humor. It was nice to not have to wait on a big tour group at each stop. We could go as fast or slow as we wanted. It follows you on the map and shows you where to go.

We usually do a live guided tour, but in Boston, we opted for this Freedom Tr. app. It was great. Narrator was not AI and he was very good. I didn't want to leave my phone location on, because I needed to conserve battery, but because of the way the Freedom Trail is laid out it was easy to follow along, looking at the pictures that came up on my phone. My husband used the location and he enjoyed that better. I like the option of taking a break when I want. Will use this company again.

The app was $6.99 (at the time of the review), and worth every penny. We started at Boston Common and ended at Bunker Hill. Along the way you can stop and the app follows your walking pace. It tells you about places along the way. You can walk the path in your own by following the brick path but the narrator helped us learn a lot of history. Well worth the price.
