I wish I could get you to study Spotify or Pandora for two minutes. Hey, maybe you could spread the love and put the podcasts on the Roku app and the Audible I pay for with my family plan on Roku and the PC app. Songs stopping playing for no reason. Songs greyed out when I have full access and support staff not able to fix it. Terrible song style matching ability. And the user interface is extremely confusing. Please explode this thing and redo it.

Mostly using Amazon music is a positive experience, but there are 2 key points that need addressing. The music skips often. I didn't even know digital music could skip but it does. The app does not respond often and has to be reopened. it's annoying to do things twice when you pay for the service. I've been observing both of these issues becoming increasingly worse. The music selection is great.

When the app is working correctly, it's fantastic. It has all of my favorites, and it gives a lot of excellent recommendations and great playlists. The problem is that the app is constantly glitching. A few months ago, it took forever to load a song, and then that got fixed. Now, I can't listen to all of my music bc it starts playing a song, then abruptly stops and won't play beyond that point. Or, I try to put my songs on shuffle, and it keeps playing the same song/few songs. Do better, Amazon!
