Two stars because it is technically functional and you can eventually complete an order. This is the slowest app I've used in a long time. It feels like it's glitching with how many times it reloads itself and force scrolls you back to the top of the page. Banners cover the search bar. There's logic that makes using coupons and rewards difficult with how they randomly apply. Filters don't stick between searches. The "choose a store" never works because it sends me to loading spinner purgatory.

Why are there 2 separate apps?! Please combine both the regular app and the blue checker rewards app. Or maybe they have, but I can't sign in to my account. It only allows you to create a new account, but I would lose my rewards points and free gift. This thing would malfunction while they have a great black Friday sale. Buy 3 items and get 3 free on EVERYTHING candles, plug-ins, etc.🙄🙄🙄

So update, I made a review awhile ago about how I loved the app besides the location finder wouldn't work right. But since bath and body works "updated" their app now when I get on to look through their products the page will freeze by the time I'm halfway through looking on the second page. Even when I close the app completely and open it again it literally does the same thing within 10 minutes. It's very frustrating that I can't look at all the products.
