Reliable and easy to use. Recent update with categories and budgets are a welcome change though it contains a bug with calculating average spend per category. I got issued a new Credit Card (old one was compromised) and my totals are calculated based on transactions from new card (since September), yet the time period taken is from beginning of the year. So instead of groceries averaging $1200 a month or so I see $200. Not a big problem, but would be nice to get it fixed.

This app used to be the gold standard by which other banking apps would be judged. Unfortunately it has just become a bloated piece of adware. It has become increasingly difficult to use with an incredibly cluttered home screen and has sent me back to banking using a PC browser. I understand the attraction of a captive audience to whom to pitch more product but enough is enough.

I used to use this to check my account balances, do transfers and tap to pay when out and about. Unfortunately it now takes so long to log in a that I no longer can reliably do any of these things anywhere except home. It doesn't seem to be a connectivity issue - it just really, really slow. It seemed to have been fixed, but it's now back after the recent update. It would be nice to be able to opt out of the home page and just see my balances again too
