This app is terrible. Since the update, it is not compatible with Chromecast. The Disney plus logo shows, and nothing else ever plays. My app is fully updated, and my internet is fine. Netflix will cast. We pay a ton of money for Disney Plus. And it's garbage. The app won't work on my TV without crashing. My toddler and family are incredibly disappointed. The app used to work fine. But now it doesn't work at all. But don't worry, they raised the price and added ads 🫠

It is the only video app that doesn't connect to any of my TVs. YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, HBO+, etc all connected with ease to all my devices. Disney+ is the only one that takes 15 min to actually cast to any of my devices. I've cleared all the caches, I've un-installed and reinstalled the app. It's very frustrating especially having a toddler who wants to enjoy Disney+

App is garbage. 90% of the time when I try to watch any of the content that I pay money for halfway through the first ad it just stops and says something went wrong please try again. I have try again multiple times before the ads will actually play all the way through. So I have to watch 20 minutes of ads before I can even watch 10 minutes of content.
