How we’ll contact you
Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send will come from LLOYDSBANK. Be wary of any message that differs from this – it could be a scam.

We don't charge you to use our services but your mobile operator might charge for some things (such as downloading or using the app), so please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality.

When you use this app we collect anonymous location data to help combat fraud, fix bugs and improve future services.

Our app is available to customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Minimum operating systems apply, so check the Google Play for details. Device registration required. Terms and conditions apply.

Freeze and unfreeze certain types of transactions securely 24/7 for extra peace of mind or if you’ve temporarily misplaced your card.

Fingerprint Logon requires a compatible mobile running Android 7.0 or higher and may not work on some tablets.

This app used to be great. The latest update, however, was not great. Functionality has decreased. The same options I used before the update are still there, but now harder to find, behind more pages of unnecessary taps, and slower to load. I now prefer to use the website to accomplish anything, as that's just easier. Aesthetic has worsened. You're my bank: you're allowed to have a sophisticated look. Instead, we get the bland, corporate, 2D minimalist artwork that plagues all modern business.

The redesiged UI is a huge step in the wrong direction. The new app as a whole feels like if a mobile game designer tried to design a banking app, the amount of annoying buttons and links trying to upsell me packages I have no interest in when I'm just trying to view my accounts is infuriating. The app is still functioning, but it is slower, more confusing and clearly had more of a focus on sales than providing a reliable and easy to use service. If I could use the old app I would.

Looks like the issue has been fixed where it took you to a life policy. What would be useful is if you could, on the upcoming payments section, we could choose a default date of the month rather than having to choose it manually. I.e middle of November will select the same date a month later but would be good if it could be the end of November.
