Unable to read content, unable to download, unable to login, unable to manage my subscription. Cannot even cancel the subscription and auto-renewal. App shows BLANK SCREEN every time I attempt any of these functions. It is a TRAP. Beware!!!!! Waiting on a reply to my attempt to cancel via the "contact us" function, which just sent an email. Not helpful. Doubtful I get a reply, let alone help with unsubscribing. I will be disputing charges if I cannot get any relief from contacting them.

Ordered this from my niece through her girl scouts and the app is still making me pay 4.99 for a subscription every month when I already paid for a year in advance! Get it together Cosmo!! Ripping people off is not cool!!!
