No customer service. I had a recharge that was entered with the incorrect network, it failed and with clarity from my brother, I entered the correct network. Now a week later the same failed recharge transaction is trying to charge my card. And what's makes thing worse, there is no one to speak to about it. How can you only have an email address for CS? total nonsense.. I would never recommend.

The app was recommended by a friend who says it works well. I have tried to purchase units twice, and I get a pending recharge notice. Then I don't get any credits. And there is no explanation why. I will check my credit card statement to see if you are charging me without giving me any credits.

Very bad service. I was being charged and it said recharge failed, without giving any reasons. It deducted money from my account. It doesn't even show anything in history. Can't even call them. I just went on to delete my account with them
