This is honestly the best app I've ever found to calm down or to play when bored. There's no ads, you don't need wifi, all of the triggers are free. Some of the triggers are a bit odd but at least there's variety. I have absolutely 0 complaints about this app so far and I've had it for probably over a year now. It has so much included, a mood diary, music, breathing exercises, and sleeping audios, all for free as far as I know. What more could you ask for? I hope this app doesn't change badly.

Such a great app. Though I primarily use it for sleep, I also use it to help me relax when I'm overstimulated. I have autism, and when I'm overwhelmed, I like to listen to calming audios or fidget with something (I play with the slimes for fidgeting). This app is useful if you have a disability like mine, and you want to calm down from a meltdown. My main complaint is the vibration; it startled me when first using the app, but I did turn it off. I wish the setting was off by default.

It's like the same animation for everything, no matter the texture. It doesn't feel very interactive or as immersive as I expected. There's also no way to play just your favorites on the sleep music. There's a lot of piano in some of the songs that's not mixed well and wakes me up every time. There's no way to remove these songs from playlists. There's no way to build playlists. This app looked like it had such potential, but it feels cheap, and I think they could do a lot better. Uninstalled
