The last update is terribly unfriendly if you have nested folders. Hitting the move or copy button opens a new window to the root: if you're copying to a subfolder, for example, you have to browse back down the tree to get back to where you were. Temporary fix: go to the App settings for My Files (long-press the icon and press the Info button, or go to Settings > Apps > My Files), hit the three dots in the upper right, then hit Uninstall Updates.

Like the other reviews say, the update to moving files ruins the app. Choosing files then going through all my folders just to move them one folder deeper is terrible. And if you forgot a file you'll have to do it all over again. Even dragging files to a folder isn't a great workaround as it copies them. The app otherwise works fairly well, which is a shame. Edit: Lowering my rating from 2 to 1. It's been months since the complaints about this started with no changes.

It used to be great, until the latest update which completely changed the "move file" function. Before, hitting "move file" let you stay in the regular browsing view with regular navigation, and you could still use the search function to find folders. When you try to do it now, you get a popup menu of your devices root folder and are only able to move inside that window, and cannot use the search function at all. This may be fine to some, but it absolutely ruined it for me.
