If it doesn't recognize where you dropped the pin for the report, it takes you back to that screen to change it after you filled in all the information. After you confirm the location it wants you to submit a new report.

Its easy to navigate and helpful for county updates but i cant see the progress of my request.

311 does not close issues that are resolved. They do close open issues without fixing them & no explanations.
