I give 2 stars because the app will beep the tracker to help find the keys. Nothing else works. The app permissions handling is completely broken. Notifications cannot be enabled, though the app requires it. Other permissions needed to be enabled manually, and after enabling camera access, I still could not take a picture of my keys. The dongle will not ring the phone as it's advertised to. Overall, the thing is a hot, broken, mess, but since it will track my keys, 2 stars. Generous.

It worked when we unboxed the keyfobs. Within a few weeks it found our keys a few times but sometimes would not make the fob's ring. Twice when we finally lost keys long enough to buy a new set it was no help. They turned up months later in hilariously close places but the app couldn't detect them or make them ring from multiple phones standing right next to them. As a bonus the app wants all the permissions, an account to be created, and sends daily notifications.

I keep getting notifications that the app has crashed. It's not open or in use, so I don't know why it's even crashing at all, and it's super annoying. Tried clearing the cache, no dice. I'm hoping the trackers work better than the app itself. I did submit an error report, not sure if it'll do any good.
