I put 2 stars because it gave me clothes to wear in the past. My biggest criticism is the inability to see whether certain sizes are available for rent if you are not subscribed. This makes resubscribing a huge gamble (at least $59) if I end up unable to rent any in my wishlist after paying.

Worst experience ever!!! I've been a loyal customer up till this stage! I scheduled for my box to be swapped, but that didn't happen! I contacted the customer service to inform them about this, and they mentioned rescheduling the delivery for me. And once again, nobody came to swap my box for me, and I had to contact customer service again! Also, they kept saying that because I didn't reply so they would go ahead and close my chat, so every time, I need to re-explain what happened.

Love the idea of allowing people to have the experience of wearing various fancy clothes without worrying about the cost and maintenance. However, as ST grows bigger and attracts more subscribers, I wish more stock world be added for popular items. I noticed since I first subscribed in 2018 some my favorite items have been rarely available. So there were days when I just felt like unsatisfied with my order.
